The role requires High School GED or equivalent and completion of OSF Phlebotomy class within 6 months of hire. Phlebotomy experience is preferred; EMR proficiency is expected. This is an hourly on-site position in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of OSF Phlebotomy class within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens, ensure proper storage and prepare specimens for transport.
• Perform point-of-care testing and quality testing in compliance with CAP/CLIA standards.
• Maintain accurate records including quality control and temperature monitoring.
