Job summary

CentraCare Health in Central Minnesota is seeking a Lab Assistant to join our team onsite. You will collect blood samples, foster patient trust, and perform low complexity testing and culture set-up to support patient care.

The role offers a full-time schedule with 80 hours biweekly, Monday to Friday with shifts from 6:45am to 5:30pm, and every sixth Saturday from 8am to 12pm. Starting pay is $21.53 per hour, with a pay range of $19.15–$28.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer graduate from or in the process of pursuing a phlebotomy certificate from an accredited laboratory program or medical-related program.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer skills.

Schedule:

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay begins at $21.53 per hour and increases with experience
