Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• Phlebotomy experience/certification preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Collects urine drug screenings.
• Processes specimens.
• Places computer orders.
• Distributes and faxes reports.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Monitors and orders supplies.
• Completes specific daily maintenance and documentation within the lab.
