Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a flexible Phlebotomist to join our laboratory team. Full-time and part-time schedules are available on all shifts; you will perform sample processing, venipuncture, and preliminary specimen preparation in line with CMS CLIA '88 and Piedmont policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; no experience required, with preferred 1 year phlebotomy and EKG experience. Certification in phlebotomy is preferred.

Performs venipunctures at entities where applicable, and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures. Assists technical staff in non-clinical tasks.
