Job Summary

Under general supervision, collect, curate, process, and analyze plant and soil samples. The lab assistant supports laboratory operations, conducts experiments, and assists faculty, staff, and students in a collaborative research environment. Responsibilities include collecting field samples, indexing, performing analytical procedures, managing databases, and assisting with inventory and equipment maintenance. The role also involves contributing to training, quality control, documentation, and research projects.

Qualifications
