Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School graduate or GED.
• Minimum experience: None.
• Minimum licensure/certification required by law: None.
• Additional qualifications: Phlebotomy certification preferred; basic knowledge of venipuncture/phlebotomy; experience in healthcare or clinical lab setting; experience performing EKGs.

Responsabilités

• Performs sample processing and exempt screening and monitoring tests per CMS CLIA standards and applicable regulations.
• Performs venipunctures and collects/prepares blood specimens per Piedmont policies.
• Assists technical staff in non-clinical tasks.
