Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Trainer I, DART to perform basic to intermediate training tasks, deliver and document training programs, and support study and training needs. The role includes classroom and on-job training, data recording, and collaboration with quality control processes in a GLP environment.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to handle extended hours as needed to meet study requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience documenting and reporting training programs.
• Ability to interpret protocol requirements and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure welfare and humane care for all animals linked to training.
• Perform basic training with minimal supervision.
• Collect, document, review, and verify data in forms and electronic systems.
• Review documentation of functions as part of QA requirements.
• Use, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
