Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma (or Equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience OR an associate degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Trained and proficient in at least one lab group (bioburden, BET, sterility, bioassay, or Particulate investigation) or complex chromatography.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for cross-functional updates.
• Advanced math and instrument skills for scientific data analysis, processing, and interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform routine and advanced analytical analysis.
• Understand and articulate scientific/regulatory principles guiding projects and expand technical expertise.
• Analyze and interpret project/study/investigation results independently.
• Make tactical decisions independently based on results.
• Participate in training and mentoring Lab Analyst I team members.
• Review and approve data generated by other team members.
• Contribute to implementing new technologies and revising methods to assure regulatory compliance.
• Perform technical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratories.
