Job summary

Catalent’s Kansas City facility is seeking an Analytics Scientist I to join our team. You will perform analytical testing and method development to support pharmaceutical projects, collaborating with a skilled team in a dynamic environment focused on scientific excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related life science or physical science is required at minimum.
Doctorate degree in a related life science or physical science field preferred with 0+ years of related work experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or Bachelor’s with 6+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute laboratory work plans and schedules independently, using customer milestones and site performance standards. Work with in-process, release, or stability samples; perform method development, validation, and transfer activities.
Author technical documents such as protocols, test methods, certificates of analysis, and operating procedures.
Review technical documents for accuracy, thoroughness, and regulatory compliance.
Direct the work of technical staff, including work assignments.
Serve as Technical Lead with responsibility for project outcomes and customer interaction.
Execute efficiency improvement projects to enhance operational performance.
Train others on laboratory techniques.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
