Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a scientific or engineering field.
Demonstrated hands-on technical skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated commitment to safe and ethical behavior.

Responsibilities

Independently operate fragile SA Lab equipment (e.g., Lambda 1050, FTIR, Profilometer).
Prepare samples for analysis and deliver to SA Lab during trials.
Analyze coating samples and report results.
Maintain accurate records and lab notebooks per ISO standards.
Follow SOPs and ensure safety and 5S in the SA Lab.
Attend plant trials near Northwood as needed.
