This onsite lab-based role involves coatings for flexible packaging and close collaboration with BD, R&D, and sales teams across North America. Relocation assistance is available.

The position offers a direct-hire, full-time engagement with a base salary of $100,000 to $120,000 per year and about 30% travel. Hybrid policy may apply depending on role and lab needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in coatings, flexible packaging, or film manufacturing.
• Hands on experience with coating, laminating, converting, or film extrusion.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% across North America to support customer trials and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions and innovation in flexible packaging coatings, supporting film based applications and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development, R&D, Sales, and customers to move projects from concept through commercialization.
• Lead lab based development, including experiment design, testing, and continuous improvement of formulations and processes.
• Apply expertise in coating, laminating, and film extrusion to troubleshoot and optimize customer applications.
• Manage project execution, including timelines, supplier coordination, and milestone delivery.
