Job summary

Plus One, part of the Optum Workplace Well-being portfolio, seeks energetic Personal Trainers to join a fitness center in Los Angeles, CA. You will conduct fitness assessments, design programs, and grow your personal training clientele while guiding members in proper equipment use.

The role offers opportunities to teach group fitness classes, stay up-to-date with certifications, and contribute to a fun, hospitality-driven environment that focuses on well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in exercise science, kinesiology or related field or NCCA PT certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience with exercise testing and prescription and using fitness tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise programs.
• Build and maintain a personal training clientele.
• Guide members on proper use of equipment and safety.
• Stay current on certifications and trends; opportunities to teach group classes.
