Responsibilities

• Create personalized programs for members that meet their unique health goals.
• Conduct personal training appointments and respond within 24 hours of referral.
• Design safe 30- to 60-minute sessions, demonstrate proper technique, and adjust equipment as needed.
• Lead one-on-one, two-on-one, and small group trainings.
• Maintain timely administration and ensure proper documentation of sessions.
