Job summary

Allura USA, part of the Elementia family, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Louisiana/Mississippi region. This outside sales role drives growth of fiber cement exterior products by building relationships with specifiers, distributors, and contractors, and promoting Allura’s comprehensive portfolio.

You will develop opportunities, deliver proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in fiber cement or building materials.
• Proven ability to work independently and travel up to 75%.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to generate sales and grow the territory.
• Conduct prospecting calls, in-person visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, resolve customer concerns, and coordinate with internal teams for service excellence.
• Monitor territory potential, customer activity, market conditions and competition with insights for management.
• Represent Allura at trade shows and industry events and maintain knowledge of products.
