Job summary

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is seeking an On Call La Hiki Food and Beverage Attendant who delivers exceptional guest experiences with aloha. You will support La Hiki Kitchen operations, assist servers, and maintain clean, organized service areas while handling buffet setups and daily duties.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and provide outstanding guest service in a luxury

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray up to 40 lbs.
• Experience catering to high-expectation guests is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Setup/Breakdown working stations.
• Setup/Breakdown of Buffet area.
• Assist servers on restaurant setup.
• Maintain restaurant clean and organized.
• Maintain Buffet area clean and replenished during service.
• Fulfill "a la carte" orders for all meal periods.
• Assist fellow team members.
• Complete daily side duties.

Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an On Call La Hiki Food and Beverage Attendant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.

La Hiki Kitchen

La Hiki Kitchen is located by the Serenity Pool, overlooking the beautiful west coast of Oahu. This position will report to the outlet managers. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be carrying out Food Runner and Server Assistant duties responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.

What You Will Do

• Setup/Breakdown working stations

• Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs)
• Experience catering to high expectation guests

Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay:

Schedule & Hours

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
