Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional franchise experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with franchise regulatory and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements.
• Manage franchise registrations and compliance matters.
• Address defaults and termination issues within franchise relationships.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions in the franchise sector.
• Engage in international franchise licensing transactions.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes.
