Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Corporate Franchise Associate in New York City, NY to join a growing national franchise practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of transactional franchise experience and a JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing FDDs and franchise agreements, managing registrations and compliance, handling defaults and terminations, and assisting with franchise M&A and international licensing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of transactional franchise experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with franchise regulatory and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) and franchise agreements.
• Manage franchise registrations and compliance matters.
• Address default and termination issues.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions in the franchise sector.
• Engage in international franchise licensing transactions.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes.
