Decision Point seeks a Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staffer to lead ministry efforts across the LA area, forging church partnerships and empowering students to share the gospel. The role combines evangelism, student coaching, volunteer engagement, leadership development, and strategic growth.

The candidate will recruit and mentor students, build a coalition of churches, and mobilize volunteers while expanding reach locally and regionally through ongoing training and support for fundraising

Qualifications

• Ministry leadership experience in a church or parachurch setting.
• Experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Strong passion for evangelism, discipleship, and developing leaders.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, teachable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Commitment to God's Word, prayer, and Christlike leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Church Partnerships: Build relationships with youth pastors, church leaders, parents, educators, and community partners.
• Student Discipleship: Coach student leaders, equip them to share the gospel through the 5 Gospel Challenges, and lead campus and community outreach.
• Ministry Growth: Develop and lead a coalition of churches and volunteers committed to reaching students across the LA area.
• Leadership Development: Recruit, train, and mentor students, volunteers, and ministry partners.
• Vision and Communication: Inspire others to join the mission of reaching the next generation with the gospel.
