Job summary

ATOMS is seeking an Associate Content Producer to join our Los Angeles office. You will produce native, platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn while managing logistics, shoots, and creator partnerships.

The role blends production, editing, and strategic social storytelling for restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee end-to-end content creation from concept to delivery, actively craft engaging content and guide creators, with travel across

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Production experience OR demonstrable portfolio of high-quality, high-impact social media or video content.
• Editing Experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with restaurant partners to produce video testimonials.
• Manage logistics: scheduling, locations, approvals, and communication.
• Coordinate shoots (in-person and remote) with videographers and operators.
• Direct shoots (framing, interview flow, storytelling)
• Capture high-quality, authentic content in real restaurant environments
• End-to-end production; concept to delivery
• Source and manage creators for Instagram/TikTok content
• Guide content direction to drive performance
• Manage contracts, deliverables, and timelines
