• Knowledge of best practices like cover photos, onscreen text, and video length

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create engaging and original short-form content for TikTok and Instagram that aligns with the brand's DNA, voice, and objectives
• Stay ahead of TikTok and social media trends and translate them into visual narratives
• Collaborate with the social team to align with editorial calendar and campaign goals
• Execute end-to-end video production including shooting, editing, and sound design
• Shoot content in the office, on set, and on location weekly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for BTS or product edu videos
• Experiment with different video styles to keep content fresh for diverse audiences
• Analyze content performance and adapt strategies to drive engagement
