Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, with meaningful exposure to company creation, investing, or strategic innovation.
• Experience working with or inside large healthcare organizations and an intuition for how institutions adopt new technology.
• Healthcare domain expertise across care delivery, health tech, and digital health.
• Fluency in business model analysis, research, investment thesis development, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship between Redesign Health and Cedars-Sinai, delivering against the partnership commitments and guiding governance meetings.
• Identify problems worth building companies around through direct clinician and operator engagement and translate insights into original investment theses.
• Identify and attract exceptional founders to lead the companies created by the platform and assess founder-market fit.
• Lead and develop the New Ventures team, mentoring associates and principals and contributing to broader strategy.
