Job summary

Thinkbox-Technology-Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support technology initiatives and business solutions in the Greater Los Angeles area. The role partners with stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, map processes, and develop reporting for data-driven decisions.

The position is full-time and hybrid, requiring at least three days onsite weekly in the Los Angeles area, with up to 25% travel. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of BA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BRD, FRD, user story, user guides, SOPs, and business case documentation.
• Process maps and workflow diagrams using Visio; ensure accuracy.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and document processes.
• Support UAT, test case development, defect tracking, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, guides, SOPs, workflows, and business cases.
• Coordinate stakeholder workshops to capture needs and model current and future processes.
• Support UAT, coordinate test execution, and track defects to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Participate in project governance with project charters, business cases, and budgeting considerations.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decisions.
