Qualifications

• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and management.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc.
• Analyze business requirements and produce business and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix through the project lifecycle.
• Conduct impact analysis of changes to business requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings such as kickoff, status, and design.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Provide input to project plans and schedules.
