Job summary

Pony.ai is hiring for an autonomous driving team in Silicon Valley. You will work on architecture for L4 planning algorithms, optimize safety fallbacks, and build redundant systems that operate with lower compute and fewer sensors while maintaining safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and algorithms for high-performance L4 autonomous driving planning.
• Optimize safety fallbacks and ensure end-to-end model outputs are safe.
• Develop redundant systems meeting L4 requirements with limited compute and sensors.
• Design and develop road-test big data analysis and processing systems.
• Build simulation platforms using large road-test data to align with real-world tests.
