Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, ML, Robotics or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands-on software engineering experience with at least one language (C, C++, Python, Java).
• Ability to lead ambiguous technical work from problem framing through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-performance planning architectures and systems for autonomous vehicles.
• Develop and optimize computational geometry and numerical algorithms.
• Improve decision-making and driving capabilities using machine learning.
• Design scalable data processing infrastructure for large-scale road test data.
• Analyze real-world data and simulate driving to evaluate driver models.
• Build internal tools to improve engineering workflows and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on safety, road rules, and ride quality.
