Accenture is seeking an L2 Support Engineer to monitor, troubleshoot, and support critical applications and data platforms. You will provide production support for ETL workflows and data pipelines and work with Grafana and Splunk for monitoring and incident management.

The role requires at least 3 years in Production/L2 support and hands-on experience with Grafana, Splunk, Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, Maestro, Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Production Support / L2 Support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Splunk, Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, Maestro, Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for applications and data platforms.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
• Support ETL workflows and data pipelines using Airflow, Dagster, Autosys, and Maestro.
• Troubleshoot data platform issues involving Dremio, SQL, and PostgreSQL. Use Grafana and Splunk for monitoring, alerting, and log analysis.
• Perform SQL-based data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation.
