Astreya in Reno, NV is seeking an L2 Technician (2–5 years experience) to diagnose and troubleshoot server issues, coordinate hardware procurement and replacements, and manage RMA processes.

You will install parts, perform firmware upgrades, configure IP addresses, and assist network admins with cable routing, optics replacement, and rack-and-stack to ensure operational readiness after installations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on IT/server hardware experience.
• Experience diagnosing server issues in data-center environments.
• Familiarity with firmware upgrade processes and RMA handling.
