Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an L2 Data Center Technician to join our team in Colorado City, Texas, onsite. The role focuses on MAC operations, cabling, racking, and ongoing infrastructure support for client environments.

The candidate will install, test, and document copper/fiber cabling, troubleshoot network and hardware issues, and coordinate with vendors for upgrades. Relocation is supported for Colorado City, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or computing required.
• Professional certifications in data center tech (CCNP DC, ONTAP, etc.) preferred.
• 3+ years building, deploying and supporting data center networking infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead MAC operations and ensure cabling/racking standards.
• Install and document copper/fiber cabling and connections.
• Perform racking, stacking and structured cabling for deployments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues; diagnose fiber problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infra upgrades.
• Provide second-line remote and on-site support to clients.
