Lamb Weston in Boardman, Oregon is seeking an L2 CADRE Operator Trainee to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate machine tools, assemble parts and monitor equipment, following safety procedures and GMP guidelines.

This role emphasizes hands-on training, teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Strong safety awareness, basic English communication, and willingness to learn are required; high school diploma preferred.

Formación

• Sanitation qualification is required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained.
• Lock-out/Tag-out qualification is required. If you are not qualified, you will be trained.
• Read, understand, and obey all plant rules and practice safety as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Must be able to work independently and as a team player, be organized, and plan ahead.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate machine tools; fit and assemble parts to fabricate or repair machinery.
• Observe machines to diagnose malfunctions and determine need for adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain logs and records of defects, shutdowns, and safety checks.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE as required.
