Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Server Repair Technician to test, troubleshoot, and replace parts on servers sent to SMS for diagnosis and repair. You will inspect, test, diagnose, replace parts as needed, conduct server stress tests, and document symptoms and results in the shop floor tool.

Collaborate with motherboard repair, QC, and testing personnel; provide back up for QC and inspections; maintain parts consumption and follow leadership directives in a warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; read/write English.
• 1 year repair depot experience preferred.
• Able to assemble server components and replace parts.

Responsibilities
