ITT (Investment Trading Technology) team supports T&M (Treasury and Markets) and is looking for the right candidate to support Murex 3.1 applications. Murex is one of the leading applications in the areas of global trading, risk management, and trade processing. We use it across asset classes, from Front to Risk to Back, in a setup with multiple production environments and grids, with connections to many upstream and downstream systems. This challenging role provides a unique opportunity to support a community of hundreds of regional users across Front-Office, Operations, Finance, Credit & Market Risk, and Limits Management. In this dynamic environment, the team aims to improve system stability through continuous improvement and participate in an ambitious pipeline of projects.

Responsibilities

1. Resolve production incidents promptly with minimal impact to business.
2. Implement controls and checks to monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems.
3. Investigate and diagnose the causes of defects raised.
4. Maintain stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank, ensuring alignment with common objectives and fulfilling criteria and requirements across various businesses and units.
5. Be a member of the development/implementation team (including offshore) working on assigned tasks, projects, and initiatives.
6. Interact with team members and other functional teams, including offshore members.
7. Participate in shadowing and training activities with team members.
8. Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/procedures, including change and incident management processes.
9. Provide administrative support such as meetings, knowledge transfer, and activity reporting.
10. Work extended hours (shifts & weekends) as needed.
11. Demonstrate functional understanding to support solutions that meet client goals while aligning with industry best practices.
12. Support day-to-day operations of key treasury systems and initiatives.
13. Prioritize system enhancements and upgrades efficiently.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Unix and SQL.
• Experience with production monitoring.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current technologies, standards, protocols, and tools relevant to the digital environment.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, automation, environment support, and key vendor solutions.
• Experience in capital markets.
