Job summary

Tulsa Employee Benefits Group is seeking a skilled Material Handler in Tulsa, OK, to safely move, store, receive, and distribute materials within a manufacturing setting. You will help maintain accurate inventory records and ensure materials are available for production.

Must have at least 2 years of material handling experience, forklift operation, and familiarity with ERP systems. Physical stamina to lift up to 60 pounds and lift repetitively is required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of material handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with inventory management or warehouse systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
  • Previous forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Ability to accurately count inventory and complete computer-based system entries.
  • Ability to learn and identify parts, materials, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow work orders, safety instructions, and established procedures.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

Job Summary

Shift Hours and Overtime
  • First shift: 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m.
  • Overtime is scheduled as needed.
  • Overtime is usually voluntary but may occasionally be mandatory. Employees must be available to work required overtime.
Additional Information
  • This position works in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, smoke, and fumes typical of the industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of inventory control and cycle-counting processes is preferred.
