Labor & Industries (L&I) in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist 2 to independently process licensing, registration and permit applications for completeness and accuracy, and to assist customers with L&I services. The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a commitment to serving Washington workers.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of customer service experience; one year in a related role is also acceptable.
