Main Line Health Paoli Hospital is seeking a dedicated Unit Secretary to support Labor and Delivery with clerical, receptionist and general unit duties. You will help maintain patient records, coordinate communications and ensure accurate documentation across forms, charts and pathways.

This role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year based on full/part time status, paid time off, discounts, and free employee parking. Night shift, 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English sufficiently to perform job duties required.
• Proficient typing skills (20 WPM).
• Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize activities of Labor and Delivery by performing clerical, receptionist and support duties.
• Facilitate communication pathways for the unit and record information on all medical record forms, patient charts and pathways.
