Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal ICU at Riddle Hospital to care for critically ill newborns as part of an interdisciplinary team with physicians from CHOP.

This role offers tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year (based on full/part-time status), opportunities for certifications, involvement in nursing committees, and a Clinical Ladder pathway. Night shifts with weekend/holiday rotation are included.

Qualifications

• RN Diploma or ASN required.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill newborns as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Engage in evidence-based nursing practice and patient experience initiatives.
• Possess and maintain PA RN license or multi-state license via Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Participate in committees, unit councils, and precept new staff.
• Support Clinical Ladder program and pursue certifications.
