What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead engaging virtual instructor-led training sessions for the Home Care Acquisition Manager (HCAM) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) onboarding program
• Deliver all training modules and associated coursework, ensuring alignment with company values and best practices
• Provide coaching during rehearsals, live sales calls, and throughout the onboarding process
• Monitor completion of pre- and post-coursework assignments and assess training effectiveness through surveys and reporting
• Collaborate with the Instructional Designer and Learning & Development (L&D) team to develop and enhance training materials
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of sales training experience or equivalent
• Experience delivering training in a remote environment for groups of 10-12 new hire sales representatives
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google product suites
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good follow-through
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate learning effectively
