The Sales Success Manager, Home Care will be responsible for a comprehensive onboard training program and continued mentorship for the Home Care Acquisition Manager (HCAM) and the Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams. This individual is a skilled facilitator and coach that will focus on rapid onboarding, structured training, and mentorship, providing clear expectations, personalized coaching, and opportunities for success. As part of the Home Care onboarding team, they are responsible for ensuring training content and methods remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with APFM values, business needs and selling best practices. This individual may also support training for corporate team members.
Who You Are:
you are passionate about fostering an environment of continuous learning and excellence, skilled in delivering engaging learner experiences and ensuring that learning objectives are met and connected to improving business outcomes. You have experience developing and delivering virtual instructor-led training. You are skilled in creating and maintaining an environment conducive to learning and development. You are a skilled facilitator and coach that will help new hires become productive quickly and feel like valued members of the team.
What You Will Do:
