Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an RN with an active license to lead learning and development for nursing staff at our Worland, WY site. The role focuses on designing evidence-based training, onboarding new hires, and delivering ROI-driven reports to leadership.

You will coordinate with clinical leads to close gaps, track metrics, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while growing our culture of continuous professional development on-site in Worland.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and clinical background in nursing education.
• Design and deliver evidence-based L&D modules for RNs and staff.
• Track training metrics and provide ROI-focused reporting to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation training standards.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and contract staff.
• Assess learner progress and deliver timely feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with unit leads to identify gaps and tailor development plans.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize training pipelines and growth.
• Maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with best nursing practices.
• Deliver high-visibility reports on learning outcomes to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
