Job summary

Hunter Recruiting is seeking a local contract Nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery in Columbus, OH. The position covers 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts, and start date 10/19/2026.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of L&D RN experience, OH or Compact RN license, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate). This assignment offers hospital-based exposure and a supportive float pool environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• OH or Compact RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.
• NRPEFM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum.
• Provide patient care and assist with c-section readiness.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to unit policies.
