Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with the nursing process.
• Assess and document patient findings; report changes to the care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to implement care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR/code team activities.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
