The position requires WA RN licensure, BLS CPR, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program within 6 months, with 1–2 years Med/Surg experience or a new graduate with L&D/Mother-Baby practicum.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• 1–2 years Med/Surg experience with completion of Mother/Baby Education program or
• New graduate with completion of senior practicum in L&D, Mother/Baby unit or nursery.
• Registered Nurse licensure for WA upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required upon hire and
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program to be completed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing care following the nursing process.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policy.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, cultural and developmental needs and plan care.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.
• Maintain compliance with safety, risk management, and regulatory standards.
