Job description

Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a L&D Facilitator III for their remote location.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support project and facilitate necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC).
  2. Develop training content including technical systems, procedures, customer service, and client culture.
  3. Focus on learning systems and procedures during the initial 19-20 day program.
Requirements:
  1. Experience with virtual classroom applications (e.g., Adobe Connect, Teams).
  2. Facilitation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
  3. LMS experience.
  4. Call center experience (agent and/or facilitation) is strongly preferred.
  5. Knowledge of call center functions, customer authentication, and delivering excellent service.
