Job Title: L&D Development Specialist III
Location: Remote

Pay Range : $60/hr. - $62/hr on W2 (without any benefits)
Job Description Role Overview:
- The Learning Program Operations Specialist will support People Development's external vendor partners, focusing on contract, billing, and invoicing processes, as well as reporting.
- The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to think strategically.
- They must be adaptable, able to quickly establish credibility and trust with stakeholders across the organization and demonstrate excellent communication and planning skills.
- Additionally, they should be a team player, motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- This individual should be highly organized, productive, composed, and capable of performing effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, while also being flexible in response to changing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily billing operations for People Development learning vendor management programs.
- Collect, verify, and organize data using dashboards and G- Sheets to generate standard reports.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures to ensure process consistency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize global programs while balancing business needs for flexibility.
- Provide regular program reporting to deliver spend insights to program managers.
- Manage operational impacts of new or changing programs.
- Escalate and resolve risks and issues in collaboration with cross-functional partners and external vendors.
- Collaborate effectively with remote staff to drive global process consistency.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion, utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate actions.
- Support program-related tasks, including executing SOWs, POs, and invoices, working closely with cross-functional partners to resolve discrepancies.
- Track and validate vendor purchase orders and invoices against budget, resolving discrepancies and addressing vendor POC invoice inquiries.
- Maintain and update the master vendor data database.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service, effective communication, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Skilled in managing the contract-to-invoice process, including creating purchase orders and tracking invoices against budgets.
- Adept at data analysis, management, and reporting, with strong attention to detail and ability to extract insights from complex information.
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, navigating ambiguity and uncertainty with ease.
- Experienced in project management, process execution, and continuous improvement, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to build trust and foster collaboration across various levels of the organization.
- Proficient in G- suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access), as well as Tableau and internal tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data analysis acumen.
- Experience in Learning Program Operations.
- Experience managing an outsourced vendor relationship.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning or HR Operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
