Job summary

The Milwaukee Bucks, LLC is seeking a Learning, Development & Culture Manager in Milwaukee, WI to design and oversee programs that strengthen leadership, culture, engagement, and performance across the organization, including Fiserv Forum and related entities.

The role leads learning and development initiatives, oversees leadership and professional development programs, supports the organization\'s performance management processes, and partners with leaders to foster a high-performing, inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, organizational development, talent management, or related fields.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership and professional development programs.
• Experience leading or supporting performance management programs and processes.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, leadership development, and performance management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the organization's learning and development strategy.
• Manage and enhance Antler Academy and other employee and leadership development programs.
• Partner with leaders to identify organizational, team, and individual development needs and implement solutions.
• Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and learning experiences focused on leadership, communication, collaboration, performance, and professional growth.
• Develop learning pathways and career development opportunities that support employee growth, advancement, and internal mobility.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Lead and continuously improve the organization's performance management philosophy, programs, tools, and processes.
• Train on goal setting, performance coaching, feedback, development planning, and performance evaluation practices.
• Partner with leaders to build a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, recognition, and high performance.
• Lead culture and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and the employee experience.
• Partner with Employee Resource Groups and leaders to support inclusion, belonging, and culture-building efforts.
• Analyze employee engagement, performance, and development data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and administer employee surveys, focus groups, assessments, and action-planning processes.
• Support organizational change management and strategic people initiatives.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, training partners, and learning platforms as needed.
• Measure the effectiveness and impact of learning, development, culture, engagement, and performance management initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, learning, and culture.
