Job summary

JP Morgan’s Wholesale KYC Operations Reviewer team seeks a Quality Control Manager to oversee a group of Reviewers across North America, focusing on onboarding, renewal, and remediation of client KYC records.

The role requires AML/KYC expertise, leadership, and the ability to implement process improvements, with responsibilities including governance, KPI reporting to senior leadership, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in KYC/AML environments.
• Ability to interpret/regulatory policies for escalated reviews.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of KYC/AML risks and controls.
• Experience projecting KPIs and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for regional/global WKOR/Production Leads and governance bodies.
• Lead and manage a group of WKO Reviewers.
• Stay updated on process/regulatory changes and ensure team compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Manage governance for Plano and Tampa Reviewer teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee KYC record distribution and capacity planning within WKOR TO model.
