- Lead the analysis and design of global KYC solution.
- Identify and implement process improvements and data controls to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
- Manage project using JIRA and Confluence.
- Support the development and enhancement of compliance systems, including KYC and Client On-boarding.
- Prepare and present regular reports on compliance technology initiatives, project status, and outcomes to Senior Leadership.

Our client, a growing Financial Firm in Midtown NY is looking for a lead level KYC Analyst with SQL experience to join the team. This is a rapidly growing firm where you will be visible and be able to have advancement. They are doing a new implementation that you will be part of.
- Translate complex global KYC requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
- Lead the analysis and design of global KYC solution.
- Identify and implement process improvements and data controls to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
- Manage project using JIRA and Confluence.
- Support the development and enhancement of compliance systems, including KYC and Client On-boarding.

- Bachelor's degree.
- 10+ years in IT compliance, business analysis, or related roles mainly in banking.
- SQL data query experience. Oracle and Power BI experience is a plus.
