Job summary

Recorded Future in Boston is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE professional to lead deployment and lifecycle management of a containerized workspace streaming platform on Kubernetes. You will tailor Helm charts, design namespaces, and optimize core services like API and agents.

The role requires deep Docker expertise, Linux administration, and hands-on cloud experience. You will build scalable VM images, manage CI/CD pipelines, and coordinate with Security and IT to meet regulatory and identity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or application support role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments (deployments, services, ingress, RBAC, troubleshooting).
• Deep Docker expertise including multi-stage Dockerfiles and private registries.
• Solid Linux systems administration with scripting (Bash plus Python or Go).
• Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for Kubernetes deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, upgrade, and lifecycle management of a containerized workspace streaming platform on Kubernetes; customize Helm charts and configure core services.
• Build and maintain VM images and auto-scaling agent pools to support containerized, RDP-based, and GPU workloads.
• Operate and scale Kubernetes clusters, Linux servers, and cloud resources; manage capacity, storage, and patching.
• Own networking and ingress: TLS, DNS, load balancers, and secure routing between control plane, agents, and end users.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for image builds, vulnerability scanning, and deployments; automate rollouts across environments.
• Monitor platform health, investigate incidents, and perform root-cause analysis on deployments and connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with Security/IT/engineering to integrate SAML/OIDC, session recording, logging, and SIEM pipelines; document runbooks.
