Job summary

White Management Restaurant Group is hiring a Shift Lead for the KFC Malone location. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead crew members, and uphold food safety standards during scheduled shifts.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or customer service experience, leadership is a plus, and strong communication and teamwork skills are required for a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is available.

Pay: $16.25-$19.50

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Lead to help oversee daily restaurant operations while providing excellent customer service. The Shift Lead supports the management team by leading crew members, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth operations during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are to KFC standards

Qualifications
