Academics Ltd is supporting Greenford-based two-form-entry primary school in recruiting a KS2 Teacher to start January 2027. The role runs full-time from January to July 2027, with a genuine potential to transition to a permanent position.

You will plan and deliver KS2 lessons, assess progress, and work with a parallel KS2 teacher to ensure high standards. The school values a supportive, collaborative culture and a commitment to pupil progress within a positive, well-structured classroom

Qualifications

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum.
• Effective behaviour and classroom management skills.
• Confident supporting pupils at different levels.
• Works well as part of a collaborative teaching team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and use data to inform planning.
• Differentiate lessons to meet varying abilities and needs.
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, effort and achievement.
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-structured classroom.
• Collaborate with parallel KS2 teacher for planning and resources.
• Communicate with parents and carers.
• Contribute to meetings and wider school life.
