About the Role:

A vibrant, community-focused primary school in the London Borough of Camden is seeking a committed, enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their friendly and experienced teaching team from September 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 1
• Assess, track and monitor pupil progress, identifying areas for support and stretch
• Maintain high expectations for behaviour, learning and personal development
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through assemblies, extracurricular activities and enrichment opportunities
• Work collaboratively with the KS1 team to share best practice and drive continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum, assessment frameworks and effective delivery
• A positive, reflective and proactive approach to teaching
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with pupils
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and supporting all children to thrive
